Siupo Platform — one marketplace for diners, merchants, and admins

A multi-tenant restaurant marketplace built for my graduation thesis and hosted at siupo.pro.vn: discovery + booking for customers, operations for restaurants, governance for admins — end-to-end with Next.js and Spring Boot.

Problem

Diners jump between apps to discover and book. Merchants juggle floor plans, reservations, and promotions outside one channel. Platform operators need tenant governance that scales.

My role

Solo ownership: product scope, architecture, Customer / Merchant / Admin portals, Spring Boot APIs, auth, realtime notifications, Docker/Nginx/SSL deploy, and thesis documentation.

What I built

  • Customer portal: hybrid search, categories, map-oriented discovery, booking, rewards engagement
  • Merchant portal: partner auth, onboarding, ops surfaces for reservations and promotions
  • Admin portal: tenant approval, moderation, platform settings
  • JWT + refresh cookies, Google OAuth2, role-based access across portals
  • Realtime notifications via SSE + Redis Pub/Sub
  • Optional AI assistant path (Gemini + Qdrant RAG)
